The Advica Process

1. Contact Us

You can contact our office when you need us. We are available 24/7 from anywhere in the world.

2. Intake

A caring Healthcare Navigator contacts you to hear your concerns, gather medical history and begin the process of next steps.

3. Network

A Medical Consultant and our Medical Advisory Board review and manage your individual case in collaboration with the Advica Health Network.

4. Progress

The Advica team verifies your diagnosis, weighs and prioritizes treatment options, supports and monitors your care, as well as schedule any further appointments you may require.

5. Follow-Up/Closure

The Healthcare team continues to be available for any follow-up or questions until your case is complete.

When Should I Call Advica?

Advica Healthcare Navigators are here to help in the event of any health and wellness challenge – however big or small. Please reach out via phone or email:

  • When you have received a diagnosis and want to obtain a prompt, comprehensive second opinion, or would like to know your treatment options.
  • Whenever you require assistance in navigating the healthcare system.
